Daniel J. Donovan

     Mr. Donovan is a management consultant who brings a broad background and hands-on experience in implementing change to achieve long-term business growth and increased profitability. Over the past several years, Dan has managed the placement of $750 million in new and replacement refinancing, thereby allowing our clients to effectively restructure and redirect their companies. In addition to his current consulting activities, Dan has been actively engaged in operational and financial consulting in Eastern Europe, Asia, South America and East Africa and currently sits on the board of directors of several manufacturing and service companies.
     Mr. Donovan’s extensive business and consulting experience includes a position as Vice President at the Bank of California, N.A., where he directed problem loan workouts, debt restructuring, refinancing, bankruptcies and plans of reorganization and foreclosures. He also served as the Manager of Corporate Finance and Accounting at R.T. French and worked in sales and marketing operations for General Mills, both among the largest companies in the food industry. In addition, he was the Manager of the Industrial Business Group for Mobil Oil Corporation. With his broad business and financial background, Mr. Donovan is well-equipped to work closely with operating management and ownership to assist our clients plan, develop and implement strategies that both manage growth and achieve substantive problem resolution and realize near and long-term goals.
     Mr. Donovan received a dual degree at Carnegie-Mellon University, with a BS in Management Science Marketing and a BA in History and completed his MBA at MIT.
